Prestigious stone Villa in Umbria, the green earth of Italy.
The building, is spread over three levels, in a panoramic position overlooking the valley and the towns of Spoleto, Montefalco, Spello, Assisi and Perugia.
On the hill in front of the building, a few hundred meters away, lies the medieval village of. Lizori S.Benedetto, reachable via a trail through the olive trees.
The total gross area of the farmhouse is 433 square meters (the boundary walls have a thickness of m. 1,00 on the first floor, m. 0,80 on the second floor, and m. 0,60 on the third floor).

The garage is an external body, of 65 square meters, reached by a staircase and a small gate. It is closed by iron gratings, and provided with water and electricity; has three spacious parking spaces and a wooden loft. Nearby the second access (accessible to vehicles ), there is a paved area with river pebbles and a big oak (see pic) in which, if you wish, you may park up to three cars.
The external courtyard is formed by a 2000 square meters fenced garden (with a belvedere, terraces, olive trees, fruit trees and timber trees, a wood oven and a barbecue) and an olive grove (1200 sqm approx). In total, there are 155 olive trees.
The property is connected by a paved road, of about m.700.
The cities and nearest locations are Spoleto (12.5 km), Foligno (12.5 km), Montefalco (22 km), La Valnerina (15 km), Spello (17.5 km), Bevagna (22 km), Assisi and the nearby airport of S. Egidio (31 km), Todi (35 km), Perugia and the nearby 18-hole Golf Club S. Sabina and Antognolla (48 km). Rome is about 130 km away.
