Rustic House

This picturesque rustic house dating back of 1918 is situated in a hilly and panoramic position in the countryside of Umbria, restored with annex offering 595 sqm of surface and 60000sqm land.

The farmhouse is in good conditions but needs to be completed; inside wooden beams and terracotta floors are still at their places as in many countryside buildings. Completely in stone with anti-seismic techniques. The road in front of the house will be moved to improve the position of the house, a project was presented to the municipality of Gubbio to have a private road. The building is surrounded of 6 hectares of land partially wooded and arable furthermore an artesian well supplies the house and a swimming pool can be built. It can be extended to have rooms and a new dependence. We think that it will be restored and become a very beautiful “agriturismo”.
