PRETTY HOUSE IN STONE

In Umbria, in Gubbio, in a quiet area, there is this small building with typical characteristics of rural properties.
In the past around about 1960 the building had been renovated ; the floors , the roof and  externally it had been rebuilt.
Now the property has begun to restore it by rediscovering all the stone walls, bringing the building back to its original appearance, arranging the roof and the eaves to avoid water infiltration.
The building is spread over three floors, on the ground floor there are rooms for funds and on the first floor the living room and bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs.
Externally there is a small building and a wood-burning oven.
Currently an inter-farm road is located in front of the house but as it was in the past the property will reposition it behind the building where it was in the past, also providing to reactivate the route that connects the building directly to the Provincial road.
To reach the building you have to travel about 13 km. Provincial paved road and once restored the new access another 300 meters of macadam road.
Once you get to the building, you realize you are in a very relaxing environment and enjoy a view as far as the eye can see.
