In Umbria to m. 510 S.L.M. in a hilly and secluded area, this house is completely in stone on two floors for a surface of approx. 120 smq.

The building has been completely renovated making it earthquake-proof, never inhabited unless it is occasionally spread and it has two floors:

1. basement, where now there are large rooms such as garage, tool shed, cellar and funds, enjoys a beautiful view on three sides that could allow a transformation in a tavern, living room etc, it could be made extensions with new closed rooms such as verandas and porticoes.
