Charming villa

In the beautiful medieval town of Gubbio in Umbria, a few minutes of the historical centre, there is this nice Villa which has a splendid view over the town.

Recently was built, in modern style according to anti-seismic standards and criteria, using prestigious materials and technics of construction to have a maximum comfort and provide inconveniences.

It’s very comfortable because from the basement of the house passing by an automatic gate you can access to the large garage where if you want, you can park four cars, then you arrive to the food storage and a rustic living room with a fireplace, toilet, and a ventilation tunnel to access the heating technical room. With internal staircase or elevator, you arrive on the ground floor, with the kitchen, living room, large dining room all with terraces and view on the garden. We have also a bedroom and a bathroom.

On the first floor accessible by stairs or by elevator, we have a Studio, three bedrooms, two bathrooms with locker room and a large terrace.

You can see in attached the photos about the furniture, fixtures and all the doors are of high and fine quality.

The villa is situated in the middle of a large garden, with trees of fruits, a vegetable garden or if you prefer you can build a swimming pool.
